Refund policy, in plain English.

NextSelecta is free for candidates. Recruiters buy credit packs, and this policy covers those purchases. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, on behalf of DIRWAAS Intelligent Solutions LLC.

Unused credits: 14 days

If you change your mind, you can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used.

Used credits

Credits spent to unlock a candidate or send a role deliver their value immediately, so they cannot be refunded. If a pack has been partly used, we refund the unused credits pro rata within the same 14 days.

If something went wrong

If an unlock failed, showed you a profile you could not use, or you were charged twice, tell us. We return the credits or refund the payment, whichever is fair, at any time.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt, or use paddle.net to find your order. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
