Who you are dealing with

NextSelecta is AI talent-matching software operated by DIRWAAS Intelligent Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). When you use NextSelecta you are contracting with DIRWAAS Intelligent Solutions LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service does

Candidates upload a CV and our software builds a structured, anonymous profile. Employers describe a role and our software matches it against those profiles. Employers buy credits to unlock the full profile and contact details of candidates they choose. We do not sell goods on behalf of third parties and we do not publish job listings.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in breach of employment, anti-discrimination or data protection law;
• commit fraud, send spam, or contact candidates about anything other than a genuine role;
• upload content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or that is not yours to share;
• interfere with its security: no malware, probing, scraping, bulk downloading, or attempts to bypass limits or access controls;
• share candidate contact details or CVs outside your own hiring process;
• use AI features to invent claims about yourself. Profiles must be truthful; the AI helps you express, not fabricate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the CV, photo and answers you give us. You grant us a licence to store and process them to run the service, including showing an anonymised version of your profile to employers and the full profile to employers who unlock it. You can delete your account and content at any time from Settings.

Our intellectual property

We own the NextSelecta service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. These terms do not give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended.

Payments

Candidates never pay. Employers buy credit packs, priced on our pricing page. Credits are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and do not expire. They have no cash value and can only be used inside NextSelecta.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, taxes and billing are governed by Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, or hide a profile, for a material breach of these terms, non-payment (including a chargeback), a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

No guarantees

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that you will be matched, that an employer will reach out, or that any role will be filled. AI-written summaries can be wrong; employers should verify what matters to them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect.
